Why is Webroot asking me to uninstall and re-install?  Will there be a charge to re-install it?

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    Have you contacted the Webroot Support Team? Because they would be the only ones to have you do a uninstall/reinstall if you contacted them with having issues with Webroot.
     
     There is not a charge to reinstall Webroot as long as Webroot hasn't expired.
