Hi,

I am trying to uninstall Webroot SecureAnywhere from my pc running Windows 10.
I have tried going to Uninstall programs in Control Panel.
I can see that Webroot SecureAnywhere is in the list, I clicked uninstall but nothing happens.
Please help.

Thanks.

Hello Sizwe,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Do you have access to the MyWebroot Account Console?  If you do, you might try logging in there and deactivating the computer.
  • Go to PC Security tab
  • Click on the computer if it is listed
  • Go to Advanced Options tab
  • Click Deactivate Computer.

Here is a screen shot of that panel:

After you Deactivate the computer, reboot the computer.  This is supposed to send a signal to the computer to remove WSA.

Otherwise please review the contents of this KB Article that should help.

And if all this does not help then please Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to assist you in that. This is a free service/
