Unresolved Issue w/ Webroot Secure Anywhere Purchase from Amazon.com
I have an unresolved issue that hasn't been resolved. I started corresponding with Mike R sometime in 2014. I've sent several emails to the webroot community email address to see what's going on, to no avail. I purchased what I thought was a year's subscription. It turned out to be a 3 month subscription that was a part of a Best Buy computer package purchase. Several other people had experienced the same issue and got a response from Mike R saying that a new security key would be provided to them so that they could still get a year's worth of protection. I'm still waiting for a security key. I still have copies of the email exchanges in my email. I sent a copy of the invoice, listing, pic of the packaging, and still got no resolve. Please advise. I've been a long time Webroot customer and would like to remain. Please resolve the issue. Thanks!
