I purchased a new key to renew my Webroot SecureAnywhere subscription for another year. Following the instructions I found in this forum post:
I updated the key on my local machine. The days for my expiring subscription were added to the days for the new subscription.
At some point in the process of adding the old keys remaing days to the new key, the process also had me go into my WebrootAnywhere account and add the key there. So I have a key with 3 days remaining and a key with 368 days assigned to that account. I think that's how it's supposed to be.
However, I still have a couple of problems:
1) My wife's PC is in the WebrootAnywhere account with the key that's expiring in 3 days - I can't find a way to move it to the new key.
2) my pc (where I entered the new key) doesn't show up at all anymore in the WebrootAnywhere online account, though in the software's local interface it shows as being active for 368 more days.
I suppose I'll just add a new PC for mine, but it seems like it should just be there.
How do I 'migrate' my Wife's PC to the new key?
