upgrade to TrendMicro Anti-virus + 2015. incompatible w/ Webroot
Trying to install an upgrade to TrendMicro Anti-virus + 2015. Getting msg: incompatible software with Webroot and asks to OK removing it so upgrade can continue. What would you suggest?

While WSA is designed to be compatible with other AV's, the problem is that the other AV's installers are NOT aware of this 🙂 You probably just need to install the other AV first.
Simply try the following, and if that does not work then please submit a Trouble Ticket for assistance.
See if this works, and let us know if it does. So far we have not seen any problems with TM 2015 when things are installed in this order.

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install the other AV
- Reboot
- Install WSA using a fresh download. THIS ONE for the standard PC version or THIS ONE for Best Buy subscribers. enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
See if this works, and let us know if it does. So far we have not seen any problems with TM 2015 when things are installed in this order.
