usb debugging

What is usb debugging? Why does it say turned on. Should I fix it?

Its in unsafe state.

 

I do not know what I should do?

    Can you tell us on what device and OS you are seeing this on? The only thing I can find is on Android devices: https://www.howtogeek.com/258788/what-is-usb-debugging-and-is-it-safe-to-leave-it-enabled-on-android/
