Hi. My flash drives, PC and laptop have been infected by a shortcut virus tmp6D26.wsf not detected by webroot. I had to pay a person to fix it using two different anti-virus.

Can you check and fix it as don't have further problems in my gadgets with this virus?

Thanks. Romulo

Hello Lupi, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. :D

Please, the next time you have any problems with Webroot submit a SUPPORT TICKET or CONTACT Webroot by Phone. This is a FREE service with a paid subscription. To be on the safe side, I would suggest putting in a Support Ticket now to have Webroot check your logs to see if it is working properly since you had another person work on it with two different anti virus.

Thank you,
Dave. 😉
