Virus not detected

On a desktop or laptop? What OS are you running. Are you proficient enough to go & check the eventviewer logs? Does it even happen when you are not touching the keyboard? If so tried yet to unplug the keyboard to see if it stops there. Maybe these are daft questions but it would not be the first time a malfunctioning keyboard caused a phantom cursor moving across the screen where i work.

Thank you very much for the quick response Edwin OS is windows 10 on a ALTEC lap top. I am not tuching the keyboard or the mose when this happens. Unfortunately I am not proficient enough to go & check the eventviewer logs.

It sounds to me that you may have a PUA (Potentially Unwanted Applications) on your system.  These are most likely no malware applications that have been downlaoded inadvertently when downloading other software.  If what you were seeing were virus or malware originated then a WSA scan would most likely have detected and removed it.
 
I would strongly recommend, in the circumstances, that you Open a Support Ticket, to let the Support Team know what the issue is and see if they can assist yo with resolving your issue.
