So I have a virus and it is keeping webroot from running, let alone appearing as a program on my computer. It's also locked done my internet and posted a essage saying it wants to me rename "C:Progam" to "C:Program1". Obviously I reject its wisdom and cry for help.
I've run both a Spybot Search and Destroy and Malwarebytes scan and they both found nothing.
What should I do?

Dermot's advice is good advice but if you are interested then if you Google the issue you will find quite a lot of information about it. One particularly good and reputable site has this to say about the issue.
