and I ran it through Virus Total -

Webroot has identified W32.Malware.Heur. Is this a false positive?

This is a False Positive from our VirusTotal Scanner, but the file is not detected by our Consumer or Business products. We'll get the detection fixed on the VT Scanner.

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
The best thing to do would be to submit a support ticket to Webroot and have them check it. If it's a FP (likely) then they can whitelist the files and if it's malware then they can help with removal.
