warning on files, w32 malware gen

Had warnings of w32 malgen think it was, from files(codec something i think it was) installed by McGos blu-ray player this was the paid version. Is this likely a false alarm ?

    This could be False positive so please Submit a Trouble Ticket as that is the best way to report this issue.
     
    This is a free service with an active Webroot subscription, If it's a false positive then they will be able to whitelist this for you.
