Hi RosieBourst89

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Can you advise as to which browser this relates to and whether you have tried it with other browsers?  Also, usually the certificate request usually states which certificate is involved and who the author is. If you can please also provide those details as they will help?

Regards, Baldrick

Hi RosieBourst89

With which browser or browsers are you trying to access RuneScape, and what is the URL that you click on that causes the certificate notification to pop up? I have just gone over to the site and clicked on a number of links but am not seeing any certificate-related notifications.

That could well be the case although I have to profess that when it comes to satellite internet I know next to nothing at all. Perhaps ? may be able to help here?

? is there anyone close by that knows a bit of how to test the response of networks? It could be your satelite network but i kind of doubt. Is there a way you can take some big enough screenshots from those messages & get them to me
( you can PM me & i'll send you a mail account you can use ).
