Web page webroot threats

How do I know how serious a web page threat really is?
 
I met a business contact, and webroot tells me that his page is a high risk.
 
Then I checked one of my pages, non https pages are yellow and https pages are green.  Surely a real threat is based upon more than the transmission method?
