Why did Webroot for MAC security ratings disappear from my browser display?

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Sometimes if you refresh the page they might come back. Otherwise could you reboot your Mac and see if that brings back the Web Security Ratings?
EDITED: Please let us know if you are still having issues! Otherwise you can Submit a Support Ticket and they will check this out for you free of charge with a Webroot subscription.
