Sorry to hear that.  Can you advise as to where yo purchased the copy from...was it Best Buy or another retailer?

Kind of you to mark my post as a Solution but I do not think that it is.  We have more work to do. 
 
I believe, but stand to be connected by our Best Buy guru @ , that the keycode for your Best Buy version is actually printed on the receipt that you received when you made your purchase.  If I am correct then it should be a 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode; example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584.
 
Now if you have that then you do not need the CD as you can download a copy of the Best Buy installer from here. Run that, entering the keycode and that should get you going...of course, only if I am correct about what I said about the keycode being on the reciept.
 
If I am incorrect then you next best option, if you have the receipt (without the keycode on it), would be to contact The Geek Squad (contact details available here) or go back to the Best Buy that you purchased from and see what if anything they can do for you with the receipt.

I am afraid that (a) this is not something we can do...we are almost all volunteers with no commercial connection to Webroot & (b) I fear that without a proof of purchase neither Best Buy nor Webroot will be able to do as you have requested.
 
You can of course try, and I wish you well in your endeavours, but I suspect that it is is a lost cause.

If it's from Geek Squad he can but if it's a Boxed version with no receipt there's nothing he can do.
