Welcome to the Community Forums.
If WSA is already installled and you have renewed or bought a new subscription which has come with a CD then there is no need to use the CD...you can enter the new keycode in the existing installation and activate it without the need for a reinstall, etc.
If you need information on that then please post back to let us know and we can provide that.
If you would like to download the latest version then asdsuming it is for the PC you can do so from HERE (& Best Buy version from HERE)...but as I said there is really no need to reinstall, etc.
