Well there’s nothing we can do on here and support are the only ones that have access to the backend of the systems and accounts. @TylerM
@SXR6 I contacted support and they said that they would be able to help, but they don’t have any record of your ticket (based off the email you use on this account). If you have a ticket you can reply to please reference me in your reply or you can DM me the email you used
Hi Tyler

Hi Tyler
Here is an update from Tech Support.
“Webroot Support (Jan 31, 2025 0:46)RE:Nty Account
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Webroot.
Unfortunately, we don't have a way to remove a computer from the online SecureAnywhere Management Website anymore as this is already decommissioned. We can only hide the old devices so it won't interfere on your view with the current active devices.
1. Log in to https://https://myaccount.webroot.com/
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Select the PC you want to hide.
4. Click Show more.
5. Then put a check mark on Hide this device.
If you require further assistance, or have any questions, please let us know.
Thank you,
The Webroot Support Team”
@ Tyler thank you for your help.
My option would be when my current subscription expires which is a long way off is not to renew that subscription. Purchase a new subscription and start a new account.
Kind regards
SXR6.
