So my Webroot is greyed out and showing an alert, but I'm paid up until this November. Scans are clean. The only other thing is that I got this computer at Best Buy with Geeksquad support, which Webroot wants me to renew on.
I renewed my Geeksquad (and got another year of Webroot so it expires November 2019) but the icon is still greyed out with the alert symbol.
What can I do to make it go back to normal? It doesn't feel right when it does this.
