Webroot and Capture program

Hi,
I work with a program called SmartCapture to capture pictures for manuals etc. After I got Webroot I can not operate SmartCapture anymore. I get a black screen on SmartCapture when a browswe is active. I have Crome and Explorer installed and use a Lenovo computer.

If I disable "Realtime Schield" or "Identity Protection" on Webroot I can work around the problem.

Are there any settings in Webroot I can use to get a more elegang and easier way out of my problem?
