Webroot blocking ShareX
Hi, I recently got the program ShareX from www.getsharex.com and it´s a screenshot program that allows you to record mp4,.gif and take screenshots of your monitor. It seems like Webroot is blocking this program and when I unblock it from Webroot it wont allow me to record the mp4 instead it turns the video into black. I tried recording after I quit Webroot and it worked. I tried to unblock the program but that only removed the black screen when taking images and not recording. Is there a way to whitelist the whole folder where the program is installed?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing.
I would advise creating a support ticket for this issue so that our support team can take a look and see what needs to be done to whitelist this program.
Unfortunately we do not offer file or folder exclusions but this feature is currently in Beta and should be released once it has been thoroughly tested.
