Webroot blocks my syncronization with OneDrive

When Webroot is disabled my syncronization with OneDrive works, but with Webroot enabled OneDrive-syncroniztion stalls.

I have cleared all files from Block/Allow files, and restarted the computer, but it didn't make any difference.

I use Onedrive on about six PC's with WSA and not one has any issues. I haven't heard of anybody having issues with Onedrive via support either. Have you shut down WSA and tried it again?

It is also the first time I have encountered this problem. First I tried to uninstall the OneDrive-syncronization service and reinstall it, but that didn't make any difference. So now I have uninstalled Webroot instead and then reinstalled it. Now everything works again. So the problem must have had something to do with Webroot.

But now everything works perfectly fine again, and I know how to fix the problem if it turns up again. Luckily it is very simple and fast to un- and reinstall Webroot.

Hello @,

I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with OneDrive.

I personally have not seen any issues with OneDrive throughout my time in consumer support.

I would advise creating a support ticket the next time this issue occurs so that our support team can check to see if it is indeed Webroot causing the issue, and get it documented if need be.
