I need deploy access control password by web management console, webroot can do ?

I think you're talking about trying to use the Access Control feature on multiple devices. If that's the case, Access Control is not possible unless you are using the Unmanaged policy. If the machines are in a Managed policy, all settings are controlled with the policies in the Management Console.
