Webroot Console and Mobile Phone Number format

I am running Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile Complete on a Samsung S6 and TAB S2 with a 4G sim.
When I view the mobile security section of my console the phone number format is displayed differently for the two devices and I am wondering if anyone knows why please? I have tried editing the phone number of the TAB S2 in the console but I get an error message to enter a correct phone number.
