Webroot detected W32.worm.Gen but not removed. What can I do to repair my machine and get out them

I bought Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Complete 5 Device 1 Year Subscription,  Webroot detected W32.Worm.Gen on 3 machine.   I scan those computers several times and allways appear the message W32.Worm.Gen
 
What can I do to repair my machines?  I need to repair as soon as possible.
 
Please help me.
