Webroot double transaction June 3, 2017

Hi,
 
I am from the Philippines and I recently was charged by Webroot twice.
 
Here is the screenshot of my bank accound transaction history. http://imgur.com/ivq4ket
 
Is there a way to fix this issue and refund me with the transaction?
 
I cannot do internation call.

    Have you tried to contact Webroot directly? You can submit them a ticket and they will respond. They are exteremely helpful with these issues.

      Thank you for the quick reply. I already did contact Webroot directly, but there was no reply since yesterday. I also contacted them on twitter about this issue. I hope I get the refund... 😞
