Webroot failed to intercept the virus storage.googleapis.com that has infected my computer how can i remove it

A quick search indicates that this is likely a tech-support scam popup message, and not a virus. These popups can temporarily lock up your browser, but nothing is actually installed on your computer. Usually force-closing your browser via task manager or rebooting your computer will clear these up.
