Webroot is giving me a site warning when I am scrolling through my spam folder checking for any mail that was wrongly shunted into the spam folder prior to emptying the folder, anybody have an idea why?

Hello there,

Most likely the VERY FIRST email, the one that opens upon accessing the folder, is flagged as having a suspicious link within it.  WSA does not scan the entire folder, but it DOES scan each email as they are accessed.

Try this: Send yourself a new email, and once in the inbox shunt it over to the Spam folder.  That will place YOUR email as the one on top and that is opening by default.  I think this will fix it for you.

Thank you, that seems to have fixed it(knock on wood). I thought Webroot had lost its mind. LOL  This happened the other day and the tech I spoke to at Webroot had no idea what was happening. Once more I appreciate the help.

You are most welcome!  I am glad that the fix was an easy one, and one you will remember if it happens again!
