Webroot has notified me that I have an active threat on my computer. I have scanned already.
I am a subscriber of Webroot and it has notified me that I have an active threat, but I don't know how to remove it.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If WSA has notified you of this then most liklely the trheat has already been neutralised and has most likely been Quarantined.
To check that click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab & then on the Quarantine tab. You should find some files listed therein. You can leave them there, delete them or restore them deepnding on how you want to proregress and if you know what you are doing. If not thne leave well alone.
Next run a manual scan of WSA and you should then go back to Green.
