webroot has problems with morzilla firefox
I installed webroot security on 2 notbooks with windoes 7 64 bit . When I start the firefox I receive the message firefox has stopped working and I should look online for a solution. The same happens when I open the windows explorer. Whenever I go into the internet I have to stop weboot. This is not very comfortable but the only possibility I know at the moment.

Would you mind doing a uninstall/reinstall of Webroot to eliminate the possibility that you are having these issues from Webroot. It will only take 5 minutes or so. Ok?

Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
