Webroot has stopped working although I have 185 days remaining. Why??
The last time Webroot has checked my computer was April 29, 2016. I have 185 days left on my contract. I have tried reinstalling but I get the message that my keycode is incorrect even though I copied and pasted it in the correct line. I can't even find my webroot ion. What is going on with this thing?

Can you tell us where you purchased it from? Would it be a Best Buy Subscription or from Webroot directly or a Boxed version? If you have a link please post it as well then I can get you to the right place.
