Do not understand. Why can I not disable one of the wr installers in startup? These have a high impact.

A little more info would be helpful. Explain 2 INSTALLERS in the START Menu? Installers don't use a lot of resources. What OS are you running?

Win 10. In task manager .. under "start-up" Webroot Installer is listed twice and shows impact as high. as to my orig question why can I not disable one of them? Saw someone else posted they also had 2 listings w/high impact.

The items in the start menu are important.. do not disable either.  What they do is check for any updates to WSA and the browser extensions.  It does give a bit of drag at startup, but not for long and they sit idle other than that.
