I have a Mac and have been using Webroot for years. Just recently upgrade followed the instructions for Catalina, and after It is downloaded and I tried to install the install never starts. What happens is I get Webroot running on my bottom tray and when it I click on it, and try to go to the options off the top menu and nothing happens.
