Once I have installed the webroot software can I remove the CD? Do you have a shortcut I can use on my openingscreen?

Yes you can remove the CD. If you are asking about shortcuts to Webroot? If so look below: Tap on the cog. Advanced /Setting Then you will see Install Settings and there you can select Show a shortcut on the desktop and Show a system tray icon.
