I cannot find any way to control or unlock the icon in the lower right corner. It appears that all my processes are allowed so far - nothing shows being blocked, but the java window will not open, I upgraded java to version 51, still not working.

Webroot is blocking a java application. It is a stock market realtime window. How do I allow it?
