My printer worked fine until a week ago.  HP has done everything possibe to help but Webroot keeps blocking even when it's turned off.  How can I make exceptions to the setup to allow access to my printer?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Well the best way would be to Submit a Support Ticket so they can get the files Whitelisted. For now check these places to see if it's being under Deny or Monitored and Set to Allow!

Identity Shield: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6c_ManagingProtectedApps.htm

System Control: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C10_SystemControl/CH10b_ControllingProcesses.htm

And if you are using Win 7 and older OS's check the Firewall as well: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C4_Firewall/CH4c_ManagingActiveConnections.htm you will not see this info on Windows 8.1 or the New Windows 10 Preview please see here for the reason why: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Ideas-Exchange/Outbound-connections-fw-control-in-Win-8-Win-8-1/idi-p/60003

Thanks,

Daniel ;)
