Webroot is currently blocking a program called curse gaming. I have called support. no luck

I have cleared all blocks from quarantine and even clear allowed programs in order to let me allow it. Curse is being blocked, I turn off webroot and curse works fine.
any suggestions?

When Apps won’t run there are several places you can check Webroot’s settings.
 
This article will describe how to manage active connections:

You can also check to see if the application is Allowed or Denied in the Identity Protection section:
http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6c_ManagingProtecte...
 
 
You can check in Utilities> System Control> Control Active Processes and check for Allow/Block status

If none of this helps then please contact support so they can whitelist this game for you.
