When you come up for renewal, it hijacks a portion of your screen and consistantly beeps your sound card, and cannot be made to go away.

    That doesn't sound normal. Would you like me to have support contact you to figure out what is going on? That's certainly not the behavior we design the software to have, so something must have gone wrong.
