    You need to download and install from the Adobe Flash Player site.http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    To add to what Sherry has said, you will almost certainly be offered additional software, such as McAfee, that is pre-selected to be downloaded.  PLEASE remember to UNCHECK any such options or we may be hearing from you again about how to remove the extra garbage :)
