webroot not on my system tray and WRSA.exe3888 is crashing

And it won't let me uninstall it it gives me a pop up that reads "It is necessary to log in as adminastrator to access this feature." I am the adminastrator on my PC I am running windows 10.
 
Things I have tried I have restored it to an earlyier point worked fine for awhile but I keeped getting multipal notifacations saying that an instance was all ready running.
 
Revo uninstaller doesn't uninstall anything.
 
I have unlinked my PC to try and to uninstall it and nothing now I can't even link up my PC again.
 
ANy help would be grat I have been at this for the better part of 5 hours.

I am sorry that you have spent so much time trying to uninstall, that is not normally the case at all.  About the only thing I can think of offhand that might do it easily is via Command Prompt.  
 
Please take a look at this KB Article and give the command line method a try.  You might need to try both what is listed as the main Webroot .exe file, or what you have listed above, "WRSA.exe3888" when entering it.  Try it both ways.
 
If this does not work, please Submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support help you with this.  Support is free with a valid license, and they DO operate 24/7, even on holiday weekends such as now.  Staffing might be a bit lower, but they are there, so please be patient and do NOT submit more than one Ticket: adding a reply or a new ticket will have the effect of making the Ticket System think you are making a new ticket, and it will push your ticket back to the end of the line.

I got it to run in my tray I had to manually disable windows defender  but I am still getting WRSA.exe7296 crashed.

It sounds like there is a corrupt install or really badly failed uninstall.  Please go ahead with that Trouble Ticket, and refer to this thread with this link

Given that it is a holiday weekend in the US there may well be a less than normal speedy response but hopefully they will get to you fairly quickly. :D
