Webroot on?
I have the windows security center show me webroot not on. Correct it the way technical support told me too. It comes back every week or two. I nee how to correct this permantly or go back to Norton.

If I were you I would open a support ticket to let the Support Team know that this is happening for you despite applying the fix...they need to be made aware of this state of affairs.
