webroot on crashed pc
I have webroot on three pc's, one crashed and I cant delete webroot from it, how can I use it on a new pc?

The best thing to do is to contact support , and ask Webroot Support to take a look this for you. There is no charge for this if you are a WSA license holder, with a current subscription.

May I add to this?
All ytou need to do is go to your online Account Console and deactivate the crashed PC.
Then please install Webroot as follows to new PC.
Follow the steps closely!

Then please install Webroot as follows to new PC.
Follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
- KEEP the computer online for iinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot
