Webroot was initially installed by Best Buy on my MacBook Pro and is running fine. How do I get it installed on my iPhone and iPad? It recently showed up on my iPhone but I can’t get it activated as it does not seem to recognize either my username or password. I know absolutely I am using the correct username and password which is the same as I used here now on my laptop.
