I attempted to change the password for password manager and received the following message;
Processing Error
Error(UPGC001):Your reset request cannot be processed as your details do not match.
I haven't been able to find a solution to the problem. Any help will be appreciated.

I attempted to change via password manager in webroot secureanywhere. I changed the password via the firefox browser and magically it's working now.
