I renewed my Identity Protection which includes Webroot Software for another year starting 1/5/15. My Webroot is reading expires in 3 days.  Will it renew automatically or do I have to phone CPP for another code

    I am not sure I follow you. I am not familair with Identity Protection. You don't need a new Keycode to update Webroot. If Webroot is showing expired. It would be best to conatct Identity Protection, since you updated from them?
