Hi Vmarquez357

Welcome to the Community Forums.

May I ask from whom you bought and, therefore, renewed your WSA subscription? Was it online from Webroot direct or do you have the Best Buy version?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

I assume you have the Best Buy Subscription service? It takes at least 24 hours for them to update your account but you should be still protected and if you need further help please contact Geek Squad: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl 1.800.Geeksquad. Now if it's not from Best Buy please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you!

Thanks,

Daniel 😉

Hi Daniel

I think also, but please correct me if I am wrong, that a Best Buy renewal does not actually happen unti the actual date of expiry so that if one has provided one's card details earlier than the renewal date nothing happens until the actual date of expiry?

Well the OP said "I paid for renewal, but a pop-up message continues telling me that the subscription has expired ???" so I assume it's only time 24hrs and if the OP needs further help to contact GeekSquad if it's from them.

Indeed...was just wondering if the difference in when a renewal activates Best Buy vs. Webroot standard version, might have something to do with the issue being reported. ;)

Purchased from Best Buy
