Webroot is only scanning for Malware. Is this another issue caused by recent Windows 10 update?

Never mind. I figured it out. I’ve been using a computer since ‘83, online since ‘85. But my (personal) OS is getting old. I’m having issues with apps since recent Win 10 auto-update and jumped to a conclusion in error.
