Webroot scanning is not getting rid of a genius boxclient.exe file any ideas how to remove it?
Trying to get rid a Genius Box pop up which isn't caught by Webroot scanning. I can usually get rid of it for a bit by pressing Alt, Fn, F4 together. I am using a Surface tablet.

Genius Box is an adware program that displays offers, coupons and advertisements via a See Similar button or pop-ups on Ebay, Amazon, Walmart and other shopping websites that you are visiting.
