Hi all,

Our customer using Webroot SecurityAnywhere.

One of their staff reported that one of the restaurant website is blocked by Webrrot and marked as malicious on the browser. However, whe this staff using 4G hotspot, this website is marked as secure.

Just wonder what is the issue on that.

Thanks

Yes, I think they are just a Whisky manufacturer based in Tasmania, Australia.

This link should be fine.

Anyway, thanks for the help.
No worries like I said it's not being blocked it's just not well known in the picture from BrightCloud I posted.

Do you have a link to the site to show us?

When their staff using office network, it is marked as malicious (see the image), but under 4G network, it's normal

Well it's not blocked it's just not well known! You can ask here to see if they will change it: https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request.php

Thanks for your response.

But my question is why this link is marked as secure under 4G network?

Thanks

I'm not sure but it's best to ask them directly! https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request.php

Also it's hard to see the contact email address on that page.
