Sorry about your issue! Can you tell me what Windows OS do you have or if it's a Mac?
 
You could start Windows in the Safe Mode and proceed from there to remove your threats. Here's a thread to look at explaining this. (Do not do this if you are not confortable with it.)
 
If you are unconfortable starting in Safe Mode then please issue a  .Support Ticket

I think that we need to understand what you mean by "started to remove it and stalled". Can you describe where you got to in the process and what suggests that you have stalled?
 
Have you tried to reinstall WSA, and if so what has the outcome of this been.
 
We need more information to be able to help further.
