When this contraption boots up and I get email, WebRoot flag or message comesw up saying Malware detected. when I try to forward or reply.
All Winmail actions then stop, and I have to reboot. all other webacctions or games will work.

It sounds like you have an infected file or attachment somewhere in your inbox although it is possible that a file of WinMail itself might be triggering it and thus need whitelisted. I think the best thing to do might be to submit a Trouble TIcket and let Support take a quick look for you.
